Jio phone and Jio network compatibility
A phone using the Jio mobile network can install AA Game if the device itself runs a supported Android version. The network provider does not determine APK compatibility.
Many classic JioPhone feature phones run KaiOS rather than Android. Those devices cannot install an Android APK. Check Settings, About phone or Software information before downloading.
Install without changing unnecessary settings
Download fully
Wait until the browser reports that the APK has finished. A partial file will not install.
Allow one source
Give install permission only to the browser used for the download when Android prompts.
Confirm the package
Check the displayed AA Game name and icon before tapping Install.
Wait for Android
Do not close the installer or restart the phone while the package is being verified.
Open once
Launch the app and confirm that it reaches the login or home screen.
Remove permission
Turn off the browser's “Install unknown apps” permission after installation.
Match the error to the fix
“App not installed”
Restart the phone, remove the incomplete APK, confirm there is free storage and download it again. If an older version exists, verify your login details before uninstalling it.
“There was a problem parsing the package”
The file may be incomplete, changed or incompatible with the Android version. Download it again without renaming it and check the device version.
Install button is disabled
Close apps that draw over the screen, such as blue-light filters or floating tools, then reopen the installer. Android can block confirmation while an overlay is active.
The app closes after opening
Restart the phone, update Android System WebView if available, close background apps and clear the AA Game cache. Do not clear app data unless you know your login details.
The update does not replace the old version
The packages may not share the same signing certificate. Confirm your account recovery details and contact support before removing the working version.

A restart clears background processes that may keep memory occupied.
Close unused apps
Video, social and shopping apps can remain active after leaving their screens.
Keep storage free
Android slows down when internal storage is almost full. Remove unused downloads and duplicate media.
Use a stable connection
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data only between rounds, not during one.
Reduce in-app effects
Use a lite, low-graphics or battery-saving option if the current app version provides one.
Avoid overheating
Stop and let the phone cool if it becomes hot, dims the screen or slows sharply.

Can AA Game run on Android 6?
The current site guide recommends Android 7 or later. An older Android version may not pass the package or security requirements.
Will AA Game work with 1 GB RAM?
The current recommendation is at least 2 GB RAM. A 1 GB device may install but can close the app or lag during game screens.
Does Jio network block the installation?
The Android version and device type decide APK compatibility. A Jio SIM in a supported Android phone does not change the package format.
