How to judge a permission request

Protect the account and OTP
An OTP can approve a login, reset or payment. AA Game support, community moderators and other players do not need you to read an OTP aloud or forward a screenshot.
- Use a unique password and phone-screen lock.
- Do not install remote-access or screen-sharing apps at another person's request.
- Sign out of devices you no longer control.
- Check account and payment history after an unexpected login alert.
- Contact the mobile provider quickly if the registered SIM is lost.
Deposit and withdrawal records
Before payment
Confirm the amount, recipient or gateway and any bonus condition on the same screen.
After payment
Save the in-app transaction ID and bank or UPI reference until the balance updates.

Check verification, minimum amount, fee and expected processing status.

Privacy checks
Android shows each permission granted to AA Game under Settings, Apps, AA Game, Permissions. Remove a permission you no longer use and review the list again after an update.
When sending a support screenshot, crop out balances, names, phone numbers, account IDs and notification previews. Send identity or payment records only through the support channel that requested the case.
Safety questions
Does AA Game support need my OTP?
No. An OTP can authorise account access or a payment. Do not share it with support agents, group administrators or other players.
What if Android shows a Play Protect warning?
Read the exact warning and stop if you cannot verify the package. Do not disable device protection simply to finish an installation.
Should I pay a fee to release a withdrawal?
Do not send money to an individual or unrelated UPI address. Verify any stated fee inside the account and with official support.
